Can we use Spring boot application as a jar file in Oracle ADF application

Hi,
I've created a spring boot application which is basically call a web service and return response.
I want to use this application in My ADF application to get the data.
Is this possible? If possible please help me to do it.

Note : I'm not able to consume this web service in Jdeveloper, So I moved to spring boot to consume webservice.
WS-Security Policy “X509 Authentication, Signature and Encryption” is enforced on the web service.
