Can we run 2 Oracle XE in windows server 2019

Hi,

currently Oracle 11g XE is running on windows 2019 server, we need to upgrade it to 21C XE, can we run both on windows 2019 server. mean we can disable 11g XE and running 21C XE but if required to failback then we can disable 21C XE and start 11g XE.

Please suggest and provide the link which we can follow if possible.
