Can we display 100.00 as 100,00 (Replace '.' by ',' as decimal separator)

Hi,

I would like to replace the decimal separator with a comma (',') instead of the current decimal point ('.')

Hence numbers should now be displayed as 100,00 instead of the 100.00 that is displayed as default.

How can this be achieved in 11.1.1.5.0 ?
