Can We Control the WM_CREATE contents?

Hi,
Quick question for you, can we control the contents of the WM_CREATETIME? In our legacy database we have equivalent fields for the create and retire times. During a port, it would be very handy to able to set the WM_CREATETIME parameters to match what is in out legacy database.
