Can Tomcat 4.1 support EJB?

I am a total dummy in Java. I am now using Tomcat 4.1 and thinking of using EJB. I wonder if Tomcat4.1 suports EJB and if not, what necessary library or procedure I need to perform? Any examples or good reference/ URL to recommend?
