Can't unzip and use database labs for virtualbox

Hello,

I want to use the virtualbox labs provided by oracle for the database but after downloading, the 7zip can't unzip the files, saying "unexpected end of data". I already downloaded with Chrome and IE and the problem is always the same. I even tried to use the download accelerator.

The lab I'm trying to use is "Oracle Database 12c (12.1.0.2) Upgrade and Migration hands-on Lab", from the following link:

Did anyone was able to unzip this? Any suggestion?
