Yesterday I went and unlocked my domain and made whois contact info publicly available. Whois has not updated to show the unredacted info as of today, and when I use the domain transfer code on my prospective new registrar I'm getting an error. I presume this is something to do with the contact info not having updated.
Calling Dyn support I get an automated message about business hours, followed by immediate disconnection of the call.
I've also tried opening an email support ticket and haven't so much as received an automated response that the ticket has been received.
How on Earth can I transfer away from Dyn?
