Hi db admins,
I have a problem on the test environment. Colleagues restored the virtual machine from the previous day's snapshot. and now we have problem to start oracle asm and oracle database.
SQL> startup;
ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters
ORA-29701: unable to connect to Cluster Synchronization Service
$ srvctl start asm
PRCR-1079 : Failed to start resource ora.asm
CRS-2674: Start of 'ora.driver.afd' on 'myhostname' failed
