Can't see the Business Rules in Calc Manager

Hi Experts,

I am on 11.1.2.4.0.79 version of Hyperion Planning. I did LCM of a Hyperion Planning Workforce Application from Dev environment to UAT environment. After the LCM, in UAT environment, I can see the business rules in Data Form, Menus and in Tools-> Business Rules. However, I can't see those rules in Calc Manager.

During the LCM i also got these two errors related to

In Oracle support, I found that it is related to a bug in LCM and have to apply the patch

I haven't applied the patch yet, but don't understand why i can't see the rules in calc manager, even though they visible in Data Form, Menus and in Tools-> Business Rules.

Any suggestion would be extremely helpful.
