Can't Run Report from Forms 12c

Hi All,

I have installed Oracle 12c DB V12.2.0.1.0 , Form and Report 12.2.1.2.0 and configure it as Deployment, currently Oracle Form working properly but I don't know how to configure it to run Report.

Kindly advise what is the configuration required, and how to call Report from Forms, I try a lot of way but fail
