Can't print any report with chart

I can't print any bi publisher report with chat after upgrading

ords from 20.4 to 24.1

Apex from 21.1 to 23.2.3

Notice that

i was able to print any report with chart before the upgrade.
I also have other server ords 20.4 and apex 21.1 and it still printing report with charts.

Anyone can help?
