Can't ping host (No such file or directory)

Hello All!

I try to install OSB 10.2.0.2 on Linux.
I have admin,mediaserver and client on the same server TEST.
But I can't ping it from obtool:

ob> ping TEST
Error: can't connect to NDMP server on TEST (address 10.x.x.x) - timeout waiting for connection status message

File observiced.log:
2008/07/30.13:16:58 Oracle Secure Backup NDMP daemon started in pid 16190 for TEST port 41923

and obndmpd.log:
2008/07/30.13:16:58 [16190] can't prune log file - No such file or directory

What I do wrong ?
Please, help me.
