Can't open my form

Hi guys,

I'm playing around with 10g forms but it's not letting my try to use (or view) my first form. When I tried to run it at first it loaded Firefox by default which said missing plugins. I downloaded & installed JIinitiator and restarted Firefox but it still says it is still missing.

Then I tried IE but it after a while I get this error pop up then the URL becomes "res://ieframe.dll/acr_error.htm#,http://<DB>:8889/forms/frmservlet"

Any idea on how to fix it? :s The form is simple with just 2 fields on a single table.
