Can't open enterprise manager

Dear All,

I have installed Oracle 11g R2 on Windows 7
Firstly Enterprise manager was working properly, I didn't open it after about one month,now i am trying to open it but it doesn't work,
I went to Administrative tools>Services> then I tried to start this service OracleDBConsoleorcl , it giave me this error :
(Windows couldn't start the OracleDBConsoleorcl on Local Computer. For more information ,review the System Event Log. If this is a non-Microsoft service ,contact the service vendor ,and refer to service-specific error code 2 ).

Please anyone can help me to make my Enterprise manager is working.
