Can´t make the SWSE work, geting an Error

We just installed the SWSE and we are not able to make it work yet, there are no errors in the Webserver logs, there are no errors in the SWSE logs but I´m seen this errors on the ../siebsrvr/enterprises/SBA_81/<siebelservername>/log
