Can't login to OVM Manager GUI: OVMAPI_6000E Internal Error: Connection re

Has anyone else experienced this error message when trying to login to Oracle VM Manager 3.0.2 GUI?

"Unexpected error during login (com.oracle.ovm.mgr.api.exception.FailedOperationException: OVMAPI_6000E Internal Error: Connection refused Connection refused Tue Nov 15 17:20:22 PST 2011), please consult logs for details."

I had a CSR on this exact error with 3.0.1 and the only way to fix it was to install 3.0.2. Trying to see if anyone here has a fix... I'll probably open another CSR as well.
