Can't login database using sqlplus / as sysdba

user12249377Jun 17 2015 — edited Jun 17 2015

Hi All,

We have a Unix server mis-shn-0005, and on this server, we have 11.2.0.4 GIRD and 11.2.0.4 database installed and running. Then I installed 12.1.0.2 database binary & created a 12C database. After that I remove the listener from GRIDand delelete it using netca under Grid Home. Now I created a new listener from 12.1.0.2 database home. But I can't login database using 'sqlplus / as sysdba' for both 11.2.0.4 and 12.1.0.2 databases any more.  however I still can login as sqlplus sys/password as sysdba.

Even I delete the new listener and re-create it using netca under 11G GRID HOME, I still can't using 'sqlplus / as sysdba' to connect to 11G database.

Please help me out here.

Thanks a advance,

Kelvin
