Can't log into my Oracle Apex account despite other people being able to. (FIXED)

So for my database management class we're using both Oracle Academy and Oracle Apex, and I was given accounts for both services. I set up everything in class with my laptop, and I was able to use both accounts like normal. The problem begins when I get back home, I wanted to finish an assignment and I tried logging in Oracle Apex on my desktop computer. Invalid Login Credentials.

I log back on my laptop and weirdly enough, I can log in there, and I made sure multiple times that I was writing the same login credentials in both places. I thought it was weird, but I do my work there, and I go to sleep.

The next day, after class, I go back home and I try logging in. I can't log in either device. Same error, Invalid Login Credentials. I try on my phone. Invalid Login Credentials. At this point I thought I just misremembered my password (even tho I have it written down) and I asked my professor to reestablish it. I try again with the new password, Invalid Login Credentials. She tells me she can log in easily and that I disable my antivirus, delete cookies, try other browsers because something must be interfering with my login process on my side.

I try disabling my antivirus, logging in on Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge (the last of which I have never used, so there shouldn't be any cookies). I also try logging back again using mobile data, and using the university's Wi-Fi. Nothing works. I shared with my classmate my credentials so that he can try logging in. He logs in multiple times without any issue.

After all of that, I'm thinking there must be something wrong with my devices, so I borrow other devices from my family members. Laptops, phones, tablets, anything. Nothing works. I try a VPN and it doesn't work.

At my wit's end, I install a virtual machine and try logging in from there. Invalid Login Credentials. At this point, I have zero clue as to what the issue could be, and I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out.
