can't launch Oracle msvcrt.dll fails

Hello,

I have installed a 9i on W2000 server, it was working fairly well. I had to install another database software on the system, the installation fails and now my 9i instance does not start complaining about an entry not found in "msvcrt.dll".
I found many such dlls in the system but I did not guess the one that is used when starting the Oracle service.
The listener and agent are launched without problems.
