Can't install XE version in Windoows 2000 SP4, 1629: Invalid command line

Hi,
I am trying to experience the Orace XE but can't install it. My PC has Win 2000 Pro with SP4. The installing did not go through the extracting and gave me a popup, saying 1629: Invalid command line. There was nothing I can do but click the OK button.

Anybody got this? And how to overcome it? Thanks,
