Can't install JRE 8u20

I want install JRE 8u20 on Windows Server 2012 Core. After start jdk-8u20-windows-x64.exe I received dialog box:

After I selected Close Programs and Continue my installation finished with error:

During installation I have not working process named jp2launcher.exe.

What's the problem?
