Can't find label alignment(position) for the page item in apex 5.0.3

Hello,

It sounds a very simple question, but I just can't find label alignment configuration for the page item (I'd like to put the label above the input field). It's supposed to show in Advanced area, but mine (apex 5.0.3) shows like this: any idea? Thanks very much.
