Can't export Report output to Excel

Hello,

I have developed a report in Dev10G.
I can run the report in browser (using the Report Builder). In the parameters i have used "desformat = delimiteddata". After the report is displayed I can export the content to excel as:
1. Right Click
2. Select 'Export to Microsoft Excel'.

I want to open this report from a form and convert data to excel.

Now if I try to call this report from a form , the report displays all the available fields from Data Model.

Please guide me .
