Can't download plugin from Eclipse-Marketplace

When I try to download a plugin from the Eclipse Marketplace the error message occurs: Unexpected exception
java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException. And the marketplace is not opened.

Reproduction
Eclipse > Help > Eclipse Marketplace ..

Possible Causes
There might be a problem with the proxy. Java uses the webbrowser settings: http://wpad.de.oracle.com/wpad.dat which works fine for all internet sites.

System
I am using Eclipse 32bit on Win7 64bit having installed the latest version 3.7 from Dec. 2011.

Does anyone know what has to be changed?
