DevOps, CI/CD and Automation

Hi, Everyone!
I can not download anything at all from the OTN site because:
- My i-net is somehow instable and there are errors happening from time to time (not your fault: I've been fighting with my cable ISP for months, still didn't fix it).
- When there is an error, Nscape (Mozilla, etc) stops and never resumes the download.
- I can't get into OTN via IExplorer (maybe I don't know how to use it but I don't want to)
- I can't use GetRight as I has to log in again (did it!) AND check your boxes (can't get it!...)

So, please, anyone from OTN, can you fix the problem on the site (I can download quite a big stuff from other sites, or use GetRight without any hassle, with ID and password also!) ?? Or there is anyone with a similar problem?

Please, respond. My friends are already tired downloading for me and wrtiting CDs...
