Can't Display ONE gif icon

Hiya,

I'm working with Forms6i in Web, i've a toolbar with icons(*.gif) and i can display all of them. I've created a new button on this toolbar(copied from other button) and added a new gif icon (32x32 16 colours), the problem is that this icon doesn't appear on the toolbar when running the forms in the Web.

I've checked the spelling everything is ok, i've tried to open the gif file with the browser... it was ok...

Is there any specific format for gif icons?
