Can't deploy to emulator - JDeveloper 12.2.1 and Android Studio 2.3.1

Hi,

I would like to create a very simple mobile app using JDeveloper. So I decided to install JDeveloper 12.2.1 and Android Studio 2.3.1 in my PC with Windows 7 professional.

I followed the tutorial to create the most basic application that consists of a html with the text "Hello World!". I started Android Emulator, click Deploy on Jdeveloper and the result was an error (see image below).

Does anyone know the reason of this?
