Hello,
I've been using oracle for almost a year and I lost my SSH key. I decided to Terminate the Compute Instance so I could re-create it with a new SSH key. When I tried to create a new instance, a new issue appeared where it showed the Boot Volume price as €1.86/month so I decided to wait a day since my old instance was still in the termination process. This morning I checked again and the instance wasn't in the termination state anymore but rather fully gone, so I decided to create the instance again but the issue was still there, I looked into it and saw that the boot volume can stay after termination so I checked but there was nothing there! Also made sure to check for every component and also checked within Tenancy Explorer but there was nothing there.
I know that free instances aren't always available but this seems to be a different issue? why does it show the price if there are no boot volumes anywhere to be seen, trying to use the ampere shape also warns me about the quota 0 of 24 for memory and 0 of 4 for OCPUs
Is there a way I can fix this? Do I just wait it out? Is there a way i can fully reset my account to fix this issue?
