Can't connect to SOA infrastructure

Hi All

I am trying to deploy a soa composite jar from the fusion middle ware enterprise manager but I am getting an error message "can't connect to soa infrastructure at 147.28.216.336" .

I tried to use the hostname and still having the same issue.

Everything looks up and running and EM is displaying the information for the soa managed server. Did I miss anything here ?
