Can’t access the APEX using the server IP address

Hi ,

We have apex 5.0.4 installed on oracle XE 11.2 .

Server is windows server 2008 , and the installation is on VMware

We can open apex using http://127.0.0.1:8080/apex from inside the VMware , But we can't open it using the server IP address .

Any ideas would be appreciated .
