Can some one review my patch which fix a VLSN recover bug.

Hi everyone, we are using bdb-je in our database: https://github.com/StarRocks/starrocks. And we often encounter the VLSN inconsistence bug: https://github.com/StarRocks/bdb-je/issues/1. I have make a PR to fix it: https://github.com/StarRocks/bdb-je/pull/2. Can some one give me some advice?
