Can reports be generated in HFR using Cognos 8,Cog TM1 as Data Source???

Hi Can any one Please suggest me wheather its possible to Create HFR Reports using Cognos 8 or TM1 or Cognos Planning??.
One of my Client requirement is to Prepare HFR Reports using Existing Cognos Env.
Can u please suggest me how we can proceed or is it possible to Create????
