Can PDBs have different default block sizes ?

Oracle RDBMS version : 12.2

OS : Oracle Linux 7.4

I need to create 3 pluggable DBs in a CDB . One of these PDBs would need 16K block size and the other two need 8K Block size.

Is this possible in 12.2 or 12.1 ? Googling didn't help much. The following discussion also didn't provide a concrete Yes or No.
