Can Oracle forms call a .net dll

I was wondering if oracle forms 10g using webutil can call a vb .net dll?

I understand vb .net dll are different than normal dll's and you can use a program call regasm.exe to make a .net dll accessible from for a COM app.

Any help would appreciated
