Can Oracle DB10g Express Edition installed in Windows XP media center?

I used the below link to download DB10g Express Edition in my Windows XP media center computer.

Clicking on the link, it had the option to download to the computer. So I saved the program file in my computer.

I didn’t see an option to ‘Run’ as we normally see in all program files for installation.

What else I should do to get it installed ?
