Can Oracle AQ's be accessed from standard JMS client like TIBCO.

Hi,

I am trying to integrate with Oracle Apps using XML Gateway JMS support. It seems XML Gateway supports JMS using Oracle JMS (i.e. AQ's). I wanted to know whether oracle AQ's can be accessed from a standard JMS client like TIBCO or standard JMS client API.

Any suggestions and help are highly appreciated.
