A few years ago I signed up for a free accont that I have not used for a while but now I read you should be able to use up to a 4vCPU / 25GB ARM instance for free and thought I should give Oracle cloud a new chance. I managed to find my credentials, 2FA still worked etc. but to my dissapointment I still can only create A1.flex with a single vCPU (marked as free) and A2.flex (also 1 vCPU but not marked as free).
What is the problem? Do I need to create a new account to get access to better instances? I do not want to sign up to a billed account as I would all the time be worried I was using something that is not free…
