can not start OracleDBConsoleMYDB Windows service

Hi,
in 10g R2 on Win 2003 can not start OracleDBConsoleMYDB Windows service with Event ID 7024 and specific following error :

The OracleDBConsoleMYDB service terminated with service-specific error 1 (0x1).

Any idea ?
