can not ping second guest server

i have installed oracle vm 2.1.5 and created two guest system.(oracle ent 5.1) but i can not ping or login on either of system. i mean i can ssh on only one guest server and not other. also some time vnc work for both and some time i can not even vnc on any of the system..
i can ping from guest server to each other but not from any other computer. if some one provide help would be appriciate.
