Can not locate WLS_FORMS and WLS_REPORTS after installation

Hi all.

I have performed installation for Forms 12c (12.2.1.2.0) on a Oracle Linux Box (Oracle Linux Server release 6.8):

Installed JDK
Installed WLS.
Created RCU.
Created Domains.

Apparently i have installed everything, BUT when i get to post-install actions like creating boot.properties file, i realise not WLS_FORMS and WLS_REPORTS were created under $DOMAIN_HOME/:

cd $DOMAIN_HOME

[weblogic@webFIGO frsdomain]$ pwd

/u02/app/oracle/product/12.2.1/user_projects/domains/frsdomain

cd config/fmwconfig/servers

[weblogic@webFIGO servers]$ ls

AdminServer

pwd

/u02/app/oracle/product/12.2.1/user_projects/domains/frsdomain/config/fmwconfig/servers

I can access console and EM:

I can't find WLS_FORMS and WLS_REPORTS here or anywhere

What went wrong?????

Help will be greatly appreciated!!!!

I noticed there are some addtional steps during the config Domain phase which i'm not familiar with. Maybe i was suppose to supply a value here....
