Can not export DB by using shellscript contain specal charater

I have a database user as:
username: NAME#S01
password: PASS#S01
I try to write shellscript to export DB:
#!/bin/bash
exp NAME#S01/PASS#S01 file=/home/backup/filename.dmp full=no
The following error occured:
Copyright (c) 1982, 2007, Oracle. All rights reserved.
EXP-00004: invalid username or password.
If I export without using shellscript, It is OK.
Note: Username/password must be contain specal charater, I can't be changed.
Any body help me please.
