can not create disk group with disk larger than 1TB on AIX 6.1

Dear all,
Is there any bug in 11GR1 when I create diskgroup on a disk larger than 1TB?

It reports error ora-15099 when testing rac on AIX 6.1:
SQL> CREATE DISKGROUP DG01 EXTERNAL REDUNDANCY
2 DISK
3 '/dev/rhdiskpower6';
CREATE DISKGROUP DG01 EXTERNAL REDUNDANCY
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-15018: diskgroup cannot be created
ORA-15099: disk '/dev/rhdiskpower6' is larger than maximum size of 2097152 MBs

it's same when using rhdisk device. Their actual size is 1143GB

run kfod to see asm disks status:

kfod
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Disk Size Path User Group
================================================================================
1: 4294013257 Mb /dev/rhdisk15 oracle dba
2: 281 Mb /dev/rhdiskpower3 oracle dba
3: 4294013257 Mb /dev/rhdiskpower6 oracle dba
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ORACLE_SID ORACLE_HOME
================================================================================
+ASM1 /u01/app/oracle/product/11.1/db

it's obvious wrong size for rhdiskpower6 and rhdisk15.

but we can create a diskgroup with a 1023GB raw device successfully, and kfod report correct size.

Does anybody know the reason? Thanks for any feedback.
