Can not connect on apex when already connected on internet

Hi,

I have installed apex 4.2, when I'm connecting on internet it doen't work, it tries for several minutes to show the apex page but it finnish by 401 error page. When I stop internet connection the apex works fine. I disabled all firewalls (router, windows firewall,...) but it doesn't work.

Is it possible to use APEX and stay connected on internet ? I guess yes, can you please help me on this issue.
