Can not Access from another computer

Hi,

I am able to access Apex on server using url http://server:8080/apex , but I can not access it from another computer in the network.

I get following error with IE 6 " Oops! This link appears to be broken."

I have opened the port 8080 on server so that it apex can be accessed from another PC on the network.

Please help.
