Can I use SQL Developer with JDK version higher than 11?

Hi.

The security guys at my organisation have reported that there are security vulnerabilities with JDK 11 (see https://www.oracle.com/security-alerts/cpuapr2023.html#AppendixJAVA)..) The goal is to go to JDK 17 LTS.

Could you please advise a way forward, eg can SQL Developer use JDK 17?
