Can I store a spanish tilde within an Oracle VARCHAR field?

I have this text I need to store into an Oracle VARCHAR field...

Tarifa por la Terminación del Contrato Antes de Tiempo

The INSERT script I have doesn't seem to like the tilde.

Tarifa por la Terminaci�n del Contrato Antes de Tiempo

Is there any way to get a tilde to appear correctly within an Oracle VARCHAR column???
