Can I recycle/restart my sequence on a specific date?

Dear All

Can I recycle/restart my sequence on a specific date? e.g can a sequence be recycled from 1st of July of each year.

Normally I regenerate my Primary Key on the start of financial year for example on 1st July 2013, it became 2014000001, on 1st July 2014, it became 2015000001.

So, in this way, is it possible?
