Can I open APEX page in a Lightbox fashion?

Hi,

I don't know how many of you have been to Oracle Open World this year. The schedule builder looked quite nice this time. What I liked specially is that when I clicked a session title in the session list then the detail information and some actions like 'Add to my schedule' appeared in an overlay fashion. It looked similar to when I display images in with jQuery Lightbox.

Can this be done in APEX 4.0 with an APEX page?
