I recently encountered an outage with our FCCS production application, which rendered it unavailable for a few days. After restoration, we discovered that the consolidation journal attachments were missing.
Fortunately, we still have these attachments in our test instance, and we would prefer to recover them from there rather than restoring from a PROD backup, as previous recovery attempts presented multiple challenges.

Before proceeding, I wanted to check with the community on a few points:
1. Has anyone successfully used Oracle Cloud Storage to retrieve historical consolidation journal attachments in FCCS?
2. Once we retrieve the historical data using Oracle Cloud Storage, can we switch back to storing attachments within FCCS?
3. How complex is the setup process? Any insights into the challenges or best practices?
