Can I install Java EE WITHOUT Glassfish server?

I would like to use JavaEE + JDK but not the Glassfish server.

Instead I want to develop Java Server Pages and WebServices on/for other servers

Can I install JavaEE package alone WITHOUT Glassfish or is the GlassFish server absolutely required
in all cases?

Which of the packages on the following page let me install Java EE WITHOUT Glassfish (=disable/uncheck it)?
